Gonzalez brings more than a decade of category management, retail strategy, and leadership experience, most recently at CVS, where he led a $1 billion packaged beverage business across more than 7,500 stores nationwide. Throughout his career, he has built a reputation for driving sales growth, strengthening supplier partnerships, enhancing customer value, and developing high-performing teams.
During his time at CVS, Gonzalez consistently exceeded sales and profit targets, transformed supplier and distributor networks, increased innovation across the beverage category, and was recognized as CVS Merchant of the Year for his exceptional leadership and business results.
